NECK ROLL
2/3 yd. fabric
2" - 1" wide Velcro
thread
6 cups flax or rice or wheat

CHENILLE NECK ROLL
2/3 yd. fabric (base & top)
1 yd. fabric (for chenilling)
scraps of fabric (for applique)
2" -1" wide Velcro
thread
1 pkg. embroidery floss
2 small buttons
6 cups flax or rice or wheat
1-4 pkg. fabric dye (if using #90 cheesecloth)

SPA BAG
2/3 vd fabric
1/3 yd lining
1/4 yd interlining (polyester or cotton batting)
2 1/3 yd. narrow satin cord or ribbon
4 buttons
1 pkg. single fold bias tape
thread

WASH CLOTH
1/3 yd. fabric (base)
2/3 yd. fabric (for chenilling)
1 pkg. double fold bias tape
thread

FROG PILLOW
1/3 yd. fabric
1 1/2 cup rice or flax or wheat
thread

CHENILL FROG PILLOW

OPTIONAL
For Aromatherapy Neck Roll use:
1/2 cup lavender & 1/4 cup rosemary or
1/2 cup lavender & 1/4 cup spearmint or
1/4 cup crushed cinnamon sticks & cloves

For Frog - use 2T. each of above combinations
